General Characteristics:

 

Range is generally found within the Northeastern U.S.. Mature size ranges from 6-10 feet.


Commercial Value: Has a very limited commercial value.


Wildlife Value: Has small berries that are a source of food for birds. It also provides shelter for small animals. 


Interesting Tidbits: It has a medium tolerance to drought and restricted water conditions.
